Do you ever have that go to meal which you make so regularly you could do it with your eyes closed and even better you know it only takes 20mins from start to finish? This meal is that go to recipe for me and today I am going to share it with you!

You Will Need

2 Salmon Fillets

2tbsp Honey

3tbsp of Teriyaki sauce

3tbsp of oyster sauce

2 nests of medium dry egg noodles

A pack of stir fry veg

How to Make

Overnight or a least a few hours before, mix the honey, teriyaki and oyster sauce in a deep bowl and leave the salmon fillets to marinade in the fridge.

When ready to eat; boil the kettle and once boiled, pour over the dry noodles in a pan, place the lid on and leave for around 15mins without heat to soften.

Heat a frying pan and using a little oil, cook the salmon fillets skin side down for 3 mins on a medium-low heat, (save the remaining sauce) flip the salmon so the skin is facing up and cook for 3 more minutes, I also cook for a minute on each side too, so 8 minutes in total.

After my first salmon flip, I heat a wok and start stir-frying the veg for 3-4 mins, once ready drain and add the noodles, mix it all together and pour over the rest of the sauce. Plate the mixture up and add a salmon fillet on top, enjoy!
